Hot Wheels 5 Packs

Hello everyone and welcome back to my blog. In this new post I want to show you six Hot Wheels 5 packs that I have in my collection and with this occasion I want to ask you guys, you think that 5 packs are collectibles ? Leave a comment and let me know what is your opinion, I personally think they are, besides the fact that they are very nicely arranged in an order in the pack, most of them, or how they used to be in the past are in exclusive color variations for the pack, different than what the mainline version offer.

The bad part of these packs is that not all the cars in them are the ones you want , not all the cars are the ones you want to collect. As much as I know the 5 packs are intended for children , were they just rip them off , play with the cars and that's why usually the car selection is so different.
For example : a 5 pack can have 2 sport cars , 1 van , 1 chopper and 1 muscle car. As you can see in my example the variety of cars is not particularly for a collector , that probably only collects the sport cars , muscle car or just one of the others.

Nissan 350Z & Dodge Challenger Drift Car

"Nightburnerz" serie

Powerfull sports car

Also known as Nissan Z

    Nissan 350Z
This wonderfull car from Nissan is a sports car that turns my head everytime i see it on the streets or in any parking lot. In the Hot Wheels line-up was first time introduced in 2006 , in the "First Editions" serie and it is , offcourse based on the real world car , that also had the name "Nissan Z".
It has been released in many colour variation , yellow , black , blue , silver and many others. It has only been released in the mainline serie and never in a special serie. This particular model from the pictures above is the 2011 release in the "Nightburnerz" serie , in white colour and red&black splash tampo with the sponsor logo , grey chasis , white interior and gold J5 wheels.
Unfortunately it is the only casting i have in my collection , but i'm defenetly going to be with my eyes opened for more variations of these and maybe in the future also a Treasure Hunt.

Nice detailed artwork

Real world vehicle

"Formula Drift" racing series

    Dodge Charger Drift Car
This is one casting many of us know and probably also part of many collections. The Dodge Challenger Drift Car was first time released in 2011 , in the "New Models" serie and it's based of the real world vehicle from the "Formula Drift" racing series. There have only been released six variations so far , white , blue , green , red and combination of these colours. Theyr all mainlines and in 2013 also a Treasure Hunt. The car in the pictures above is from 2012 , "Code Cars" serie , red colour and Mopar Racing artwork , black chasis , grey interior and PR5 wheels. It is also the only model of this car that i have in my collection and more variations would be nice to have.
Thank you for reading , i hope you find the information usefull and always leave a comment bellow and let me know what you think. If you also like to watch video you can check my Hot Wheels Video Archive on the top right side of this blog page. Happy Collecting.
