Shelby Cobra GT500 Super Snake

7 colour variations

One of my first castings

Shelby GT500 Super Snake

This sports cars is one of the first castings I bought, one of the first ones in my collection and it is also one of my favorites. It was first time introduced in 2011 (the year I also started collecting) in the "New Models" serie and it is based on the real life model car. There have been seven releases so far in different colour variations, besides these two that I am showing there have been also blue, aqua blue, black, green and white. The variation you see now are from the New Models serie from 2011, both with a black plastic base, the yellow one has PR5 rims, while the red version has 10SP.

The only special serie this model has been part of was the Super Treasure Hunt serie from 2013 in green and gold rims with rubber tires. I want to get all the colour variations for my collection, but I missed a few so far and it is going to be very hard.

Hot Wheels Finds - First Time Special Series

Hi everyone. In this post i want to show you my latest Hot Wheels finds, with a huge surprise for me, a very pleasant one. As you probably know from my previous posts or from my videos on my youtube channel in my country we only get the normal single cars, 1:64 scale also known as mainlines, we don't get the adult collectibles, the special series, not to mention we never get exclusives or mail in promotions for the single cars. Looks like this year for Christmas holiday someone thought of us and brought here to one store only the Pop Culture special serie the Muppets and a mix from the Retro Entertainment.

Retro Entertainment

I didn't bought any of the Retro cars but i took two of the Muppets ones, Baja Breaker and Dairy Delivery. They had the whole set on the pegs, but they were priced at around 6$ and for that price i'm very sure that they are going to stay on the pegs a long time and i'm going to have time to get the whole set. I was very surprised to see them and maybe this is also a sign that in the future we are going to get more of these special series/adult collectibles. Love the Muppets set and the graphics/artwork on the cars and cards. I will just hope that this will not be only because of the holidays and that they will start to bring this more and more the whole 2014 year.

Pop Culture The Muppets

Happy New Year

Hope you had fun reading this small post, i wish all my readers and all the Hot Wheels collectors a HAPPY NEW YEAR filled with joy and happiness and i hope all your wishes will come true. Let's all hope the 2014 year is going to be better for all of us in our collecting and personal life. Leave a comment and tell me what did you find on the pegs this Christmas. Have a great day.

Hot Wheels Finds - Batmobile and Marco Reus Car

Welcome back Hot Wheels collectors. Here preparations for the Christmas holiday are done and toys are everywhere in the stores including our cool cars that we like to collect. We have the A and B mixes and i managed to find a few cars i was after, especially the new model for 2014 Aston Martin 1963 DB5. I wasn't so lucky with the Treasure Hunts for the B mix so far, but i have high hopes i can find it until another mix arrives. In this mix there is also a casting that represents Marco Reus, a German football player from Borrusia Dortmund. Other cars i found this time, the newest Batman Batmobile and two color variations of the Retro-Active (the other one is the A mix green variation).

Newest Batmobile

Marco Reus is a German football player

The stores look great with all the toys, all the Hot Wheels mainline cars, track sets, packs, play sets and other products and it is a wonder to spend time there and look at them, analyze and choose which to buy and take with you home.

Thank you for reading and let me know in the comments section below, how does your stores look like in this time of the year ?

Happy hunting and have a great time collecting these awesome toy cars.

Hot Wheels Cereals Games

Hello collectors, my name is Johnny and in this post i want to show you some offers that cereals here have with Hot Wheels games. I don't buy or eat cereals myself that much anymore, but i look for every Hot Wheels product out there and i also have a nephew that still eats cereals and this was the perfect combination to satisfy both of us.

Unlocking cars by leveling up

These are the latest cereals with Hot Wheels games (PC games) here and as you can see in the pictures there are three games to collect, Street Drift, Rubble Ruckus and Dockyard Destruction. These games came with the Cookie Crisp cereals from Nestle. There are no high end graphics on these games and they're very easy to play, also not requiring installation, they run directly from your optical drive (CD-Rom, DVD-Rom etc.). The games are also very easy and it has quite a few cars to choose from, at the beginning you only have one car, but you can unlock more while leveling up. The gameplay is also very simple and it can easily be played with the keyboard. The games also have power-ups that can be picked up while driving.

System Requirement on the back

System Requirements : Windows Xp, Vista ,7; CPU – P4 2.66 Ghz; RAM – 1 Gb; resolution 800x600; GPU – 3D compatible DirectX 9. MAC Osx 10.4; Intel CPU; RAM – 1 Gb; resolution 800x600. For both platforms 12x optical drive (CD-Rom or DVD-Rom), mouse and keyboard.

Team Hot Wheels drivers logo

These games are older than the previous ones and they came with the Cini Minis cereals also from Nestle. There were also three games to collect, Baja, Moto X and Drift. All the games have the Team Hot Wheels drivers logo and theme and the Cookie Crisp ones also have the Night Racer theme. The graphics for these games are about the same, while the gameplay differ and these three are not so good here, the controls are to sensitive and sometimes hard to control and they also have a difficulty setup. Not requiring installation and it can be played directly from your optical drive.

These games are older than the previous ones

System Requirements : Windows Xp SP2, Vista or 7; CPU – Intel P4; RAM – 512 MB; GPU – 3D compatible DirectX 9. Mac OSX v10.4; CPU – PowerPC G5 or Intel; RAM – 512 Mb. Both platform requiring a 24x optical drive (CD-Rom or DVD-Rom) and a mouse and keyboard.

Thank you for reading guys, for more details about the games, graphics, gameplay or any other info. please leave a comment below and I can give it to you or I can make another post with pictures from the games and more details. I also have videos on my youtube channel about these cereals games and you can see more there, just check my VIDEO ARCHIVE. Happy collecting and have a great day.

Hot Wheels Finds - the First 2014 Treasure Hunt

In the Mix A there are Still a Few 2013 Cars

Love the Colour Combination on the Prototype H-24

Welcome back to my blog. This is going to be a short post about my latest Hot Wheels finds. As always in the beginning of the new Hot Wheels serie for each year we get the mix A very fast and usualy I can find everything I want in my collection from that mix. This time it happened the same and I managed to find the cars in the pictures and also the first 2014 Treasure Hunt , Subaru WRX STI. Every A mix has also the last 2013 cars and I also managed to find a few from last year's line.

New Short Cards Design and Artwork

Also the new year brought us the new graphics and artwork on the cards , which compared to the ones from last year these ones look alot better , more clear and clean , the colours are brighter and the biggest difference comes with the Team Hot Wheels Drivers graphics that are not on the sides of the cards anymore , now they take just a small place on top of the Hot Wheels logo (you can see the comparison in the pics). This time you can see the car graphics on the card very well and I must say because of that I didn't like the last years artwork at all. This year I really love the choices they made.

Enjoy the pictures , let me know what is your opinion about the card graphics and artwork in the comment section below and feel free to follow my blog anytime if you find it informative and enterteining. I also made a video for my youtube channel and if you like videos more than images you can take a look HERE. Thanks for reading , happy collecting and have a great day.
